Valve Technology Ltd achieved ISO 9001 in 2012 and is Audited annually by a Certification Authority, this certification is specifically for “ on-site testing, servicing and calibration of safety relief valves, both in-situ and bench testing and off-site valve overhaul”

Our Valve technicians are also certified in the overhaul, test, and maintenance of Safety valves and other valve types.

Our master test gauges, pressure transducers, and test equipment are independently calibrated by an outside calibration company annually, and in-house checks are performed regularly using a dead weight tester and a hydraulic comparison tester, the test equipment used in the testing of a safety valve is referenced on the final test certificate.
